today i woke up at 10am sharp because my cellphone alarm clock when off and woke me up so i got up shaved and then i took a shower and got dressed for the day and then i read some of the daily newspaper and now i am waiting to go over to my parents house but right now i need to go and take a pain pill because my back is hurting like hell
